Alex Jágr kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Mugurel Balaeț was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fred Kirkpatrick in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. With an all-out effort, Zamalek FC's Aris Giannopoulos threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Reese Otto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhao Le Yin in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rhys Dimmock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th match minute, FK TEPLICE STARS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Holec to maneuver through the defense. Aris Giannopoulos was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Fred Kirkpatrick capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fred Kirkpatrick really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Aris Giannopoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fred Kirkpatrick's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Viktor Schukin kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Zamalek FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Elin Elin hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match Zamalek FC got a corner. FK TEPLICE STARS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mugurel Balaeț ran over to the corner to take the kick. 66 minutes into the match, Reese Otto notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FK TEPLICE STARS's Aris Giannopoulos. Aris Giannopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Zamalek FC had won after a very even match.
