Nunez Peli came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by A4p FC Gad's James Batistuta. But to his dismay, James Batistuta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 12 minutes of play, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nunez Peli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute James Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, James Batistuta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nunez Peli. The goal made the score 3-0. Nunez Peli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Del Piero in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marnix Harmannus in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Glenn Fyfe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodelina FC's Nunez Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Batistuta in the 31st minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, James Batistuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Nunez Peli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alessandro Del Piero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Nunez Peli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marnix Harmannus to make the kick off. Nunez Peli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of James Batistuta's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by King Scorpio in the 58th minute of play forced Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Nunez Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save A4p FC Gad from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when King Scorpio came free, but Nunez Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodelina FC's Nunez Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Del Piero in the 63rd minute of play. King Scorpio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio got a free kick in the 67th minute. Glenn Fyfe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Calixto in the 68th minute of the match. Marcin Pachucki went to the cornerflag to take it. A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc pulled a muscle in his leg after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 83 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Cândroveanu came free, but Nunez Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nunez Peli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Cândroveanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A4p FC Gad's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
