Rogelio Sadurni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Cordearo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Cordearo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ronaldo Fenomeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silverio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavinho Sousa in the 16th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goalkeeper Abdulkadir Eraslan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Balasi. 26 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Fenomeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silverio Cordearo. CA Quake's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Fenomeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 29 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Fenomeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Silverio Cordearo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Abdulkadir Eraslan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Silverio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 37th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ronaldo Fenomenos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Silverio Cordearo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 64 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Larra came free, but Abdulkadir Eraslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes Miau Stars got a freekick which was hit by Marco Veremundo. CA Quake's Tomi Giusti was substituted for Eloy Larra. CA Quake made a substitution. Igor Jago replaced Abel Inko. Ronaldo Fenomeno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Silverio Cordearo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ronaldo Fenomeno came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Silverio Cordearo could save by the left post. When Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CA Quake's goalie prevented a goal. Miau Stars made a substitution. Wim Zuidam replaced Marco Veremundo. If Jean-Claude Van Damme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Rogelio Sadurni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdulkadir Eraslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Aznaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
