Henley on Thames United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maximiliano Naelio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Platense es de Primera!!'s Maximiliano Naelio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sofoklis Prinianakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Ferdinand Acevedo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 44 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Sofoklis Prinianakis was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Naelio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sofoklis Prinianakis was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Maximiliano Naelio put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sofoklis Prinianakis.

Sofoklis Prinianakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Elizardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carl Houghton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Olivér Khan made a huge save. Martin Elizardo took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sofoklis Prinianakis. Sofoklis Prinianakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Henley on Thames United made a substitution. Edgar Iovanovici replaced Jake Marriott. Olivér Khan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Houghton, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Moises Inocente kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Martin Elizardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sofoklis Prinianakis was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Martin Elizardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Platense es de Primera!! fans cheered their team off the field, for while Henley on Thames United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
