Bernardo Novaes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amerigo Muzi came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernardo Novaes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 29th minute. Tomáš Houdek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Battal Gazi Bey's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Amerigo Muzi was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Bernardo Novaes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernardo Novaes really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Roman Jursa made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bernardo Novaes immediately put the ball in play. In the 44th match minute, Lex Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Serapio to maneuver through the defense. Amerigo Muzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Novaes in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
