With a little luck, Ramiro FC's Gianluca Pagliuca got control of the ball when Joel Ferrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, Ramiro FC's Sebastián Cebreiro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Álvaro Perpiñán was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gianluca Pagliuca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Fioriti in the 20th minute. After 23 minutes, Sebastián Cebreiro made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Sporting Burgas's Álvaro Perpiñán tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Álvaro Perpiñán stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastián Cebreiro's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Álvaro Perpiñán prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Álvaro Perpiñán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sporting Burgas's Maurin Canturri got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Fioriti to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sporting Burgas's goal looked a bit too open when Márk Vadas came free, but Álvaro Perpiñán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gianluca Pagliuca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Fioriti, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Sporting Burgas's Javier Carmona managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Anacleto Miro in the 82 minute of the game. Ke Xiong Chen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gianluca Pagliuca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastián Cebreiros short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Álvaro Perpiñán to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sebastián Cebreiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Álvaro Perpiñán when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 89 in the game by Oliver Bierhoff from a close distance when the talented Álvaro Perpiñán managed to make a qualified save. Sporting Burgas's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Ramiro FC's Americo Abarca got a free kick in the 91st minute. Gianluca Pagliuca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seve Sevilla in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Sporting Burgas's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but Álvaro Perpiñán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ramiro FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
