Nicasio Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Sienkowski in the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Callegari's goal looked a bit too open when Berkan Tufan came free, but Telmo Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Jurand Sienkowski took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Nicasio Abad to make any attempt to save it. Telmo Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pietro Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Callegari's zone, Antonio Alzamendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Telmo Almeida came out of the goal and Antonio Alzamendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 49th minute Callegari were awarded a corner. Joaquin Isoba went to the cornerflag to take it. Alonzo Gomesano thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Nicasio Abad, a very annoying self made goal in the 49th minute which led to 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pietro Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Nicasio Abad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
