Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marco Barrientos took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Cobus Post had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute of the match, Cobus Post tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gení Aguilar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Marco Barrientos managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Espinar's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Barrientos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christiaan Kolkman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cobus Post sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Luijten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gení Aguilar having to interfere. With his leg Gení Aguilar managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Goorle's Jan Luijten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Jan Luijten came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Goorle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Luijten couldn't finish the play. Gení Aguilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cobus Post in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Goorle's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Barrientos came free, but Christiaan Kolkman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of UD Espinar booed when Goorle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berry Visscher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christiaan Kolkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitxel Vacas in the 29th minute of the match. Gení Aguilar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cobus Post's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Cobus Post managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 39th match minute, Goorle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Peter van Aalderen to maneuver through the defense. Jan Luijten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 48 minutes, Mitxel Vacas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Espinar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mitxel Vacas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cobus Post to strike the kick off in the second half. Marco Barrientos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christiaan Kolkman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Goorle's Christiaan Kolkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Barrientos in the 54th minute of play. Evert van der Struijk's late challenge caught a UD Espinar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evert van der Struijk helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Goorle's Evert van der Struijk got a free kick in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Cobus Post had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gení Aguilar. UD Espinar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cobus Post was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some careless play in the UD Espinar defense, Cobus Post kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gení Aguilar. The UD Espinar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gení Aguilar should have stopped the shot. Mitxel Vacas might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christiaan Kolkman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mitxel Vacas ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Luijten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gení Aguilar having to interfere. In the 74th minute, one of UD Espinar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UD Espinar. Gení Aguilar had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Mark Raatjes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 76th minute, Mark Raatjes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Goorle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 80 minutes into the game, UD Espinar's Mitxel Vacas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christiaan Kolkman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Christiaan Kolkman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Barrientos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 played minutes Goorle got a freekick which was hit by Bert Lanting. Christiaan Kolkman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Barrientos's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 86th minute, Bert Lanting hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UD Espinar's Mitxel Vacas got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Luijten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gení Aguilar having to interfere. If Evert van der Struijk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Luijten in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gení Aguilar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 98 minutes in the game, Mitxel Vacas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Christiaan Kolkman having to interfere. Goorle's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
