The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Klädesholmen's Elliot Bock got control of the ball when Ivo Júdice tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Inter Porto booed when Klädesholmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tage Hedlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elliot Bock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Hjalmar Stephansson hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Elliot Bock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Graciano Guerreiro in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute, Ivo Júdice ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elliot Bock was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Herberto Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Hipólito Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Alkvist in the 21st minute of the match. Elliot Bock made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Ivo Júdice sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Ivo Júdice could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Elliot Bock however easily saved by the left post. Frederico Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Inter Porto got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Figueira. Adrian Alkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hipólito Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markus Nyman in the 39th minute of the match. After 40 minutes, Herberto Saldanha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inter Porto and the Klädesholmen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Inter Porto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herberto Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 44 minutes, Hjalmar Stephansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klädesholmen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hjalmar Stephansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivo Júdice stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Inter Porto booed when Klädesholmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Hjortberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klädesholmen's Elliot Bock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Assis in the 51st minute of play. In the 58th minute, Frederico Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter Porto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Inter Porto's Hipólito Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Inter Porto from getting a goal against them. When Frederico Marques came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Inter Porto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frederico Marques couldn't finish the play. Markus Nyman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Hipólito Montenegro made a huge save. Frederico Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Bock having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Inter Porto's Ivo Júdice sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elliot Bock narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 76 played minutes Klädesholmen got a freekick which was hit by Roger Hjortberg. Hipólito Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Alkvist in the 79th minute of the match. Klädesholmen's Elliot Bock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Marques in the 85th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Inter Porto got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Rebocho. Ivo Júdice fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Bock having to interfere. Elliot Bock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graciano Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Frederico Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Inter Porto players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
