Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) VfL Tegel's Hartmut Störmer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Eugen Spanehl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gení Aguilar. UD Espinar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugen Spanehl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Gení Aguilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hartmut Störmer in the 9th minute of play. Eberhard Baur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitxel Vacas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute Marco Barrientos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eberhard Baur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes UD Espinar got a freekick which was hit by Ganix Urbina. With a little luck, UD Espinar's Gení Aguilar got control of the ball when Eugen Spanehl tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of UD Espinar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VfL Tegel:s goal. The supporters of VfL Tegel booed when UD Espinar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eladio Checa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Eugen Spanehl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VfL Tegel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugen Spanehl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Gení Aguilar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 35 minutes into the game, Eugen Spanehl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Gení Aguilar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hartmut Störmer in the 41st minute of play forced UD Espinar's goalkeeper Gení Aguilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Barrientos to make the kick off. If Eugen Spanehl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Barrientos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Eberhard Baur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the game, Jan Wohlfart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VfL Tegel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Espinar the free kick. The supporters of UD Espinar booed when VfL Tegel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Wohlfart didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mitxel Vacas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eberhard Baur having to interfere. UD Espinar's Gení Aguilar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Spanehl in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugen Spanehl in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gení Aguilar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the game, UD Espinar's Mitxel Vacas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eberhard Baur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 69th match minute, VfL Tegel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erich Pronold to maneuver through the defense. Mitxel Vacas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugen Spanehl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mitxel Vacas might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eberhard Baur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mitxel Vacas ran back to his position shaking his head. Eladio Checa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to VfL Tegel getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Carl Meier hit a great ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Marco Barrientos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VfL Tegel's Eberhard Baur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Eugen Spanehl notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of UD Espinar's Gení Aguilar. Gení Aguilar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hartmut Störmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gení Aguilar having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Marco Barrientos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eberhard Baur was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Gitano Pantoja charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gitano Pantoja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 93 minutes into the game, one of UD Espinar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for VfL Tegel. Frank Groll stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gení Aguilar. 4-1.
