When Gustaw Kaszubik came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Zamieniecka AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaw Kaszubik couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Zamieniecka AFC's Tadeusz Wrzosek got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Leszek Debowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Gustaw Kaszubik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Majczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Zbyszko Lichucki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julian Majczyk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 34 minutes into the game, Zamieniecka AFC's Gustaw Kaszubik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julian Majczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Zamieniecka AFC's Fryderyk Scigan got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 39 played minutes Zamieniecka AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Rakoski. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustaw Kaszubik made a kick off. If Zbyszek Rakoski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zamieniecka AFC's Zbyszko Lichucki got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julian Majczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Wrzosek, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Klement Chwalkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Witomir Wawak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
