Francisco Infante came out of the goal and Donny Verweijen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Lima Team's Francisco Infante got control of the ball when Ponc Calderona tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ponc Calderona got free with Francisco Infante in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Infante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klement Rzeszutko in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Klement Rzeszutko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Ruch Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Herberto Caiado kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Luiz Xavier in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Infante saved Lima Team from getting behind. Erez Manco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herberto Caiado in the 77th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lima Team players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KS Ruch Chorzów.
