Adilson Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaggelis Mitsiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Ernani Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaf Albohm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After 46 played minutes LOBO 1908 got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Ignatius. Adilson Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vaggelis Mitsiou in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ernani Montenegro made the kick off in the second half. LOBO 1908 made a substitution. Grisha Mbappè replaced Ernani Montenegro. 58 minutes into the game, Carlo Taranto threw the ball into play from the sideline. LOBO 1908's Marquinhos Sharkin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Gladiator FC booed when LOBO 1908 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos Sharkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
