Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz Fabiano Gøl started the match with the kick off. Stamatis Banasidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fabiano Gøl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donyo Dragiyski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Stamatis Banasidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Chulapa in the 13th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Donyo Dragiyski took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Cristian Peres to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Markos Theodoropoulos during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. O.T.E's Stamatis Banasidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aloísio Chulapa in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Özen Baroğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Peres was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Nilton Veiga's late challenge caught a O.T.E's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilton Veiga helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of O.T.E booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilton Veiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özen Baroğlu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 44th minute. O.T.E's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cristian Peres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Özen Baroğlu's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Özen Baroğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Donyo Dragiyski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Cristian Peres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Niedzwiecki lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 63rd match minute, O.T.E was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Niedzwiecki to maneuver through the defense. Donyo Dragiyski charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donyo Dragiyski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, O.T.E's Donyo Dragiyski got a free kick in the 90th minute. With a little luck, O.T.E's Stamatis Banasidis got control of the ball when Aloísio Chulapa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Váldson Lopes during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Özen Baroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
