The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valério Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis Dante in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Ferraz in the 6th minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Valério Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Régis Dante came free, but Valério Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Romando Futebol Clube's Régis Dante in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Agroboys SM - CIMZ's zone, Régis Dante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valério Monteiro came out of the goal and Régis Dante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastião Barbosa took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valério Monteiro. Valério Monteiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastião Barbosa in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valério Monteiro saved Agroboys SM - CIMZ from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Barbosa in the 17th minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Valério Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélio Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Sebastião Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Valério Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rdth minute of the game Sebastião Barbosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Valério Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Valério Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Barbosa in the 25th minute of play. When Régis Dante fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Romando Futebol Clube's protests and gave Régis Dante a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Romando Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Régis Dante hit a great ball. If Marco Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Romando Futebol Clube's Igor Romao got control of the ball when Marco Hoffmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastião Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Monteiro having to interfere. Valério Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christiano Ferraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th match minute, Agroboys SM - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tião de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Sebastião Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romando Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valério Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Romando Futebol Clube's Sebastião Barbosa in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Valério Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Barbosa in the 41st minute of the match. Romando Futebol Clube's Régis Dante got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the game, Régis Dante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Valério Monteiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastião Barbosa was the one to do the kick off. Marco Hoffmann hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the game, Romando Futebol Clube's Christiano Ferraz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valério Monteiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Valério Monteiro was a little too slow when Régis Dante got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-4. Igor Romao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Correia in the 64th minute of play. Sebastião Barbosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Valério Monteiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Valério Monteiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Agroboys SM - CIMZ from getting a goal against them. Régis Dante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Valério Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valério Monteiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Régis Dante in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Sebastião Barbosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valério Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 84 minutes into the match, Régis Dante had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valério Monteiro. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Régis Dante was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Eliézer Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. A collision led to Romando Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sem Chance hit a great ball. Igor Romao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Hoffmann in the 92nd minute of play. The Agroboys SM - CIMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Romando Futebol Clube were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
