In the 14th play minute Raul Brion came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cássio Salles. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Cássio Salles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Checa. Marciano Blanco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geraldo Breckenfeld's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Marciano Blanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Breckenfeld in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game José Augusto Fontes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Pucho's Marciano Blanco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute Zeledon Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Geraldo Breckenfeld made a precise shot to the right of Marciano Blanco. Deportivo Pucho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 72nd minute, Geraldo Breckenfeld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marciano Blanco was a little too slow when José Augusto Fontes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-2. With a little luck, Deportivo Pucho's Marciano Blanco got control of the ball when Jefferson Chaves tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Belotaurus FC's José Augusto Fontes in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If José Augusto Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Blanco was a little too slow when José Augusto Fontes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-4. After some careless play in the Deportivo Pucho defense, Lucas Botelho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Blanco. The Deportivo Pucho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Blanco should have stopped the shot. The Belotaurus FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Belotaurus FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
