Andreas Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolunay Tandan in the 3rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Carno FK's Batı Özbilek got control of the ball when Severin Hussein tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andreas Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berk Vezir, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Berk Vezir came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Carno FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berk Vezir couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Carno FK booed when Gædd FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor-Ivar Mæhle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Berk Vezir made a precise shot to the right of Andreas Berglund. Gædd FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berk Vezir in the 45th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severin Hussein got free with Batı Özbilek in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severin Hussein stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
