Maní FC's Higinio Terciero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Maní FC from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the game, Maní FC's Flavio Lorencio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Artizar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The audience was convinced that Flavio Lorencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Artizar was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20th minute Cayetano Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Lisandro Abalos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Black Dog F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maní FC the free kick. Lisandro Abalos kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Dario Isaio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leandro Artizar skillfully saved the ball. Leandro Artizar came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Maní FC's Domingos Salomone. But to his dismay, Domingos Salomone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melquiades Silban got free with Higinio Terciero in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 33 minutes Maní FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lisandro Abalos who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Black Dog F.C.'s corner Lisandro Abalos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Higinio Terciero quite easily take care of the ball. In the 35th minute of the match, Americo Transito tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Higinio Terciero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anier Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Higinio Terciero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Melquiades Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Moises Edwardo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Black Dog F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Edwardo couldn't finish the play. After 43 minutes, Bruno Martinez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maní FC and the Black Dog F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Maní FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Bruno Martinez hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anier Vasco during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anier Vasco hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cayetano Jerico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domingos Salomone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leandro Artizar came out and tried to block the shot, but Domingos Salomone slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Domingos Salomone notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Black Dog F.C.'s Leandro Artizar. Leandro Artizar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cayetano Jerico scored 1-5 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Terciero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Maní FC's Lucio Bonifaco got a free kick in the 64th minute. Lucio Bonifaco's late challenge caught a Black Dog F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Flavio Lorencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Maní FC's zone, Americo Transito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Terciero came out of the goal and Americo Transito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Cayetano Jerico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maní FC's Higinio Terciero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Higinio Terciero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Silban, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Black Dog F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Maní FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Maní FC.
