But to his dismay, Rodrigo Nestor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Alessandro Mazzetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Italo Franklin having to interfere. Italo Franklin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Perutxo in the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Farafulla FC's Kobe Van Cleijnenbreughel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Italo Franklin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Maurinho Tavares succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-2 in the 47th playminute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
