The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, AGT Team's Ion Palomar got a free kick in the 5th minute. Altzibar Murcia hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes, Norberto Vazquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AGT Team and the Royal Knights FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Royal Knights FC booed when AGT Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Vazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Carlos Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Agustín Quevedo. AGT Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Agustín Quevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristóvão Valle went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Eusebio Villafane's late challenge caught a Royal Knights FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Villafane helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Royal Knights FC booed when AGT Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Villafane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agustín Quevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Lima went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 34th match minute, AGT Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Rapado to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes AGT Team got a freekick which was hit by David Rapado. Cristóvão Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristo Cordara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rapado in the 42nd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Cristo Cordara successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Altzibar Murcia was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, AGT Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Villafane to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Royal Knights FC booed when AGT Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Villafane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristo Cordara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rapado in the 60th minute of play. Cristo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Vazquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Rapado kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Allande Antunez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustín Quevedo made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Cristóvão Valle sent off a good shot on target. When Ion Palomar fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AGT Team's protests and gave Ion Palomar a yellow card for diving instead. Royal Knights FC made a substitution. Dé Nogueira replaced Sefa Tigin. Cristo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Vazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After some careless play in the Royal Knights FC defense, Altzibar Murcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Cordara. The Royal Knights FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Cordara should have stopped the shot. AGT Team's Agustín Quevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save AGT Team from getting a goal against them. After 89 played minutes AGT Team got a freekick which was hit by Allande Antunez. Cristo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altzibar Murcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Garoa Madariaga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Cordara. Royal Knights FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Garoa Madariaga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Royal Knights FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
