In the 2nd minute, Remus Onea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the match, Edgar Comarnescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Froylan Chagavia, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Giurcă in the 9th minute of play forced Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Froylan Chagavia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xaver Teresa hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Edgar Vlass short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Froylan Chagavia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, FC ciufulici's Froylan Chagavia threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edgar Vlas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. George Giurcă received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Froylan Chagavia came out and tried to block the shot, but George Giurcă slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Antonescu in the 20th minute of play forced Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Froylan Chagavia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Melchor Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Rusu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marius Rusu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chabier Belon, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute, Gigel Gârleanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Froylan Chagavia. The goal made the score 3-0. 37 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Comarnescu came free, but Froylan Chagavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 minutes, Edgar Comarnescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ciufulici and the Atletico Aragua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC ciufulici's Marius Rusu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chabier Belon in the 40th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Edgar Comarnescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Froylan Chagavia. That made the score 5-0 in the 41 minute of play. Froylan Chagavia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Vlas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Vlas was the one to do the kick off. Froylan Chagavia came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by FC ciufulici's Edgar Vlas. But to his dismay, Edgar Vlas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. George Giurcă blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Froylan Chagavia having to make a save. If Gigel Gârleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Atletico Aragua FC's Aureliano Marchamalo got a free kick in the 57th minute. Otsoko Queipo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, FC ciufulici's Edgar Vlas tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Comarnescu in the 64th minute of play forced Atletico Aragua FC's goalkeeper Froylan Chagavia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Edgar Vlas notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Atletico Aragua FC's Froylan Chagavia. Froylan Chagavia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgar Comarnescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Froylan Chagavia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Atletico Aragua FC defense, George Giurcă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froylan Chagavia. The Atletico Aragua FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froylan Chagavia should have stopped the shot. Froylan Chagavia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Comarnescu in the 80th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Ioan Almăgean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Froylan Chagavia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Comarnescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. A collision led to FC ciufulici getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. George Giurcă hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Rareș Antonescu notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Atletico Aragua FC's Froylan Chagavia. Froylan Chagavia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Froylan Chagavia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Vlas, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Cordarin Alberete hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. FC ciufulici walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
