Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) La Scaloneta's Emanuel Garoa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Alianza Trujillo's zone, Filomeno Sidro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Solustiano Ameyugo came out of the goal and Filomeno Sidro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filomeno Sidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Solustiano Ameyugo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Emanuel Garoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Solustiano Ameyugo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Sidro in the 17th minute of play forced Alianza Trujillo's goalkeeper Solustiano Ameyugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Solustiano Ameyugo came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Scaloneta's Emanuel Garoa. But to his dismay, Emanuel Garoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gustavo Araoz hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Nicanor Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Nicholas Colunga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Alianza Trujillo's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Garoa came free, but Solustiano Ameyugo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Sidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Solustiano Ameyugo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 58th minute Dolcet Bevia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Rocio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Scaloneta were furious when Tal Hanes was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 60 minutes into the game, one of La Scaloneta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 71st minute Dolcet Bevia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Rocio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Rocio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dolcet Bevia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Dolcet Bevia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Rocio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Alianza Trujillo booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Garoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Scaloneta were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Alianza Trujillo's much stronger midfield.
