Dragões Barbudos FC's Vicente Fantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Dragões Barbudos FC from getting a goal against them. Vicente Fantini came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Hatayspor's Nusret Tanyol. But to his dismay, Nusret Tanyol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Dragões Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Vicente Fantini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Gündüz Yesari. With a little luck, Dragões Barbudos FC's Vicente Fantini got control of the ball when Yüce Saltukalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vicente Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nusret Tanyol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Gündüz Yesari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Vicente Fantini made a huge save. 24 minutes into the game, Dragões Barbudos FC's Ramón Leão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cabbar Özbilgin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 29th minute Benê Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cabbar Özbilgin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adil Baştugay in the 30th minute of play. Ahmet Gündüz Yesari succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 32nd playminute. In the 38th minute, Hatayspor's Tevfik Kudsi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vicente Fantini. Vicente Fantini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Vicente Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Gündüz Yesari in the 41st minute. In the 43rd play minute Yüce Saltukalp came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vicente Fantini. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Gündüz Yesari in the 46th minute of play forced Dragões Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Vicente Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Gündüz Yesari kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vicente Fantini. That made the score 5-1 in the 46 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramón Leão made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Alp Torehan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Fantini was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. In the 62nd minute Tevfik Kudsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Dragões Barbudos FC defense, Ahmet Gündüz Yesari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Fantini. The Dragões Barbudos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Fantini should have stopped the shot. Dragões Barbudos FC's Vicente Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Kudsi in the 67th minute of play. Dorian Queiroz hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Nusret Tanyol scored 8-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Fantini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Dragões Barbudos FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Fred de Amorim hit a great ball. Vicente Fantini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yüce Saltukalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With 94 minutes on the clock, Dorian Queiroz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 96th minute Yüce Saltukalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
