Spectators: 7564 (Terracing: 5674, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Celestino Toro took the kick off in the first half of the match. TUSE's Tibor Kaiser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mabrouk Dolar in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute, Gyula Markos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in TUSE's zone, Mabrouk Dolar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibor Kaiser came out of the goal and Mabrouk Dolar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, TUSE's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Tabor came free, but Tibor Kaiser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Azeari made an important save on a dangerous shot by András Szaniszló in the 17th minute. Tibor Kaiser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Cordario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mátyás Andrássy charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mátyás Andrássy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Konstantin Kondor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th of the match, András Szaniszló tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Donato Azeari got in the way and made a wonderful save. Tibor Kaiser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Tabor in the 35th minute of play. San Lorenzo's Donato Azeari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Szaniszló in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, San Lorenzo's Donato Azeari got control of the ball when Mátyás Gácsi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tibor Kaiser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Belmiro in the 42nd minute of the match. Mátyás Gácsi struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Donato Azeari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TUSE. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mátyás Gácsi to make the kick off. In the 62ndth minute of the game Mátyás Gácsi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo's Donato Azeari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 67 played minutes TUSE got a freekick which was hit by Mátyás Andrássy. After 69 played minutes TUSE got a freekick which was hit by Marcell Pethő. Tibor Kaiser made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmiro Tabor in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, TUSE's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Belmiro came free, but Tibor Kaiser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Leonides Caradaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo and the TUSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kázmér Kocsis charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kázmér Kocsis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, TUSE's Kázmér Kocsis got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute, Celestino Toro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, San Lorenzo's Celestino Toro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 89th minute, Leonides Caradaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mátyás Gácsi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Donato Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. San Lorenzo played a much better game than TUSE and deserved their victory. The TUSE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
