Spectators: 7352 (Terracing: 5595, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 42) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Beppe Rivera kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Barone. Aurelio Epifani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benê Rossi in the 3rd minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Cavalcante came free, but Aurelio Epifani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Epifani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benê Rossi, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Aurelio Epifani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Cavalcante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Beppe Rivera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narciso Ignatius. Beppe Rivera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Horácio Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Beppe Rivera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Barone. Aurelio Epifani came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Aracatiara EC's Edmundo Cavalcante. But to his dismay, Edmundo Cavalcante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 42nd minute, Beppe Rivera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Cavalcante to strike the kick off in the second half. Beppe Rivera took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Narciso Ignatius. Narciso Ignatius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Antonello Cipriani's late challenge caught a Aracatiara EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonello Cipriani helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Franco Mariano put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Narciso Ignatius. 81 minutes into the game, Beppe Rivera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Narciso Ignatius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ennio Pizzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Ignatius having to interfere. Narciso Ignatius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beppe Rivera's shot from short distance in the 94th minute.
