Spectators: 7547 (Terracing: 5662, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Celestino Toro got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Bezerros EC's Gino Brito got control of the ball when Ovidio Montes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 6th minute, Blas Osoro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gino Brito. The goal made the score 1-0. After some careless play in the Bezerros EC defense, Blas Osoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gino Brito. The Bezerros EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gino Brito should have stopped the shot. In the 13th minute, San Lorenzo's Celestino Toro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Donato Azeari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Corrêa's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. 27 minutes into the game, San Lorenzo's Blas Osoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gino Brito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Gino Brito was a little too slow when Celestino Toro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 5-0. 41 minutes into the match, Mario Cordario dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gino Brito, 7-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Corrêa to make the kick off. Gino Brito came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo's Celestino Toro. But to his dismay, Celestino Toro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 56 minutes into the game, Ovidio Montes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Gino Brito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 58th play minutes Celestino Toro shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Gino Brito and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 62nd minute, Mario Cordario made a precise shot to the right of Gino Brito. Bezerros EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. In the 70th minute, Celestino Toro made a precise shot to the right of Gino Brito. Bezerros EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. Gino Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Toro in the 75th minute of play. Gustavo Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Azeari having to interfere. Bezerros EC's Gino Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Toro in the 79th minute of play. Gino Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Osoro in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Celestino Toro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Lorenzo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. Gino Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Montes, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Gino Brito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celestino Toro went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. San Lorenzo had played much better football throughout.
