Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Manole Tăcutu made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Rafa de Barros sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Manole Tăcutu got control of the ball when Rony de Andrade tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Iancu Rebec's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dráusio Siqueira was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 15th minute, Claudinei de Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Carlos Eduardo Alagoano sped through -BZF- Valea Buzăului's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Manole Tăcutu. Manole Tăcutu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa de Barros in the 21st minute of play. Carlos Eduardo Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Manole Tăcutu made a huge save. A collision led to WAU team getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rony de Andrade hit a great ball. Rony de Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manole Tăcutu having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Alex Pop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Adhemar Hermes from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Manole Tăcutu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 42nd minute Flávio Ţugui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dráusio Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. WAU team's Dráusio Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Ţugui in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match -BZF- Valea Buzăului got a corner. WAU team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iulian Strungă ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Iancu Rebec got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dráusio Siqueira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

-BZF- Valea Buzăului's Leontin Stegaru was substituted for Claudiu Bădulescu. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flávio Ţugui to strike the kick off in the second half. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Manole Tăcutu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa de Barros in the 57th minute of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind WAU team's goalkeeper Dráusio Siqueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71st play minutes Claudinei de Alcântara shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Manole Tăcutu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 74th minute Rafa de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Tăcutu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avram Pascaru kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After 78th play minutes Carlos Eduardo Alagoano shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Manole Tăcutu and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the -BZF- Valea Buzăului defense, Adhemar Hermes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manole Tăcutu. The -BZF- Valea Buzăului fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manole Tăcutu should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute Flávio Ţugui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dráusio Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. WAU team were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of -BZF- Valea Buzăului for a fine match.
