Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nestor Fonso kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nahuel Bustos in the 11th minute of play forced AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Dariusz Ziombkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Saul Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Ziombkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to TALLERES getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Julián Maidana hit a great ball. Zachary Bentkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Witalis Dytrych kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Nahuel Bustos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TALLERES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nahuel Bustos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Guaberto Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot. TALLERES's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Fertus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dariusz Ziombkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guaberto Fertus might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dariusz Ziombkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Fertus ran back to his position shaking his head. When Nahuel Bustos came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the TALLERES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nahuel Bustos couldn't finish the play. After the first half TALLERES were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zachary Bentkowski to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Maksymilian Piekarczyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AKS Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to AKS Chorzów getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Witalis Dytrych hit a great ball. Dariusz Ziombkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nahuel Bustos, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Nahuel Bustos in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dariusz Ziombkowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
