Tiburones Rojos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inacio F.C. the free kick. Albano Luke kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Tiburones Rojos's Fanis Bakosis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Terra in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Inacio F.C. booed when Tiburones Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Peruxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Laerte Cardozo from long distance, 20 minutes into the match, got Fanis Bakosis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Inacio F.C.'s Generoso Cordarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Lorien in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Ruben Lorien made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Cordarin. Inacio F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 27th minute Albano Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Tiburones Rojos's Fanis Bakosis got control of the ball when Túlio de Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ruben Lorien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Inacio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Lorien came free, but Generoso Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Terra was the one to do the kick off. Tiburones Rojos's Fanis Bakosis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Túlio de Toledo in the 55th minute of play. Generoso Cordarin made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Ruben Lorien sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute Teofilo Venceslao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albano Luke took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Generoso Cordarin. Generoso Cordarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Venceslao in the 67th minute of play forced Inacio F.C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiburones Rojos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Albano Luke in the 68th minute. Generoso Cordarin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruben Lorien went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Ruben Lorien struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Generoso Cordarin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiburones Rojos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Luke in the 74th minute of play forced Inacio F.C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generoso Cordarin came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Tiburones Rojos's Ruben Lorien. But to his dismay, Ruben Lorien quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Generoso Cordarin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ruben Lorien showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 80 minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Ruben Lorien was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiburones Rojos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inacio F.C. the free kick. The Inacio F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tiburones Rojos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
