Jasper Staarman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Generoso Cordarin made a huge save. In the 13th minute, João Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Generoso Cordarin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jasper Staarman went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Inacio F.C.'s Generoso Cordarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elbert Spanjer in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Herman Craandijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elbert Spanjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonnie Ter to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Jasper Staarman sped through Inacio F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Generoso Cordarin. Jorge Veloso kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Generoso Cordarin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 33 minutes into the game, De Pelgrims's Elbert Spanjer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Cordarin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Generoso Cordarin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elbert Spanjer's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Elbert Spanjer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Generoso Cordarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jordi Meijer charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordi Meijer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valdo Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elbert Spanjer in the 47th minute of play forced Inacio F.C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 49th minute of the match De Pelgrims got a corner. Inacio F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tonnie Ter ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Tonnie Ter got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Generoso Cordarin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jasper Staarman made a kick off. Jasper Staarman took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Generoso Cordarin. Generoso Cordarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The De Pelgrims fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when De Pelgrims's Elbert Spanjer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jasper Staarman in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Cordarin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute, Mickael Achterberg made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Cordarin. Inacio F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. The audience was convinced that Jasper Staarman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Generoso Cordarin was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Laurens Oosterman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laerte Cardozo. After a rather tough play, Inacio F.C.'s Valdo Varela got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Jasper Staarman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th minute, Gerard van Diemen made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Cordarin. Inacio F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. The audience was convinced that Jasper Staarman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Generoso Cordarin was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Jasper Staarman sped through Inacio F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Generoso Cordarin. De Pelgrims's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
