Taci Kılınç started the match with the kick off. The Edson Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Edson Futebol Clube's Alberto Melo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alberto Melo came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ergincan Başdoğan could save by the left post. 11 minutes into the match, Eusébio Paraíba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ergincan Başdoğan. DARK HARBOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusébio Paraíba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Alberto Melo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Ergincan Başdoğan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. DARK HARBOR's Ergincan Başdoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernani Matos in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by DARK HARBOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José do Valle was slow to take the kick. During this time Edson Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. José do Valle made a great header on Edson Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that DARK HARBOR's Ergincan Başdoğan managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 19th minute, Hernani Matos made a precise shot to the right of Ergincan Başdoğan. DARK HARBOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When Edson Futebol Clube's Alberto Melo in 22 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. A collision led to Edson Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Eusébio Paraíba hit a great ball. A hard shot 26 in the game by Alberto Melo from a close distance when the talented Ergincan Başdoğan managed to make a qualified save. DARK HARBOR's players were relieved. After 26 minutes, Alberto Melo made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. DARK HARBOR's Ergincan Başdoğan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hernani Matos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ergincan Başdoğan came out and tried to block the shot, but Hernani Matos slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 30th minute. If Ferdi Tamer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, one of DARK HARBOR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DARK HARBOR. 6-0 came through a penalty shot after 44 played minutes, when Edson Futebol Clube:s José do Valle calmly waited for DARK HARBOR:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. If Alberto Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alberto Melo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ergincan Başdoğan made a huge save. Alberto Melo in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ergincan Başdoğan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 50 minutes DARK HARBOR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was José do Valle who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Edson Futebol Clube's Alberto Melo to fire away a dangerous shot which Ergincan Başdoğan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Melo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Melo in the 60th minute of play forced DARK HARBOR's goalkeeper Ergincan Başdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Edson Futebol Clube's Alberto Melo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ergincan Başdoğan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. DARK HARBOR's Ergincan Başdoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Melo in the 64th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, Edson Futebol Clube's Alberto Melo made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ergincan Başdoğan was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Melo in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ergincan Başdoğan saved DARK HARBOR from getting behind. Alberto Melo took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ergincan Başdoğan. Ergincan Başdoğan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Alberto Melo sped through DARK HARBOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ergincan Başdoğan. Alberto Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Alberto Melo sped through DARK HARBOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ergincan Başdoğan. 97 minutes into the match, Alberto Melo notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of DARK HARBOR's Ergincan Başdoğan. Ergincan Başdoğan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Edson Futebol Clube fully deserved thier win.
