Spectators: 7568 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) Caaguazu's Conrado Faron started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the game, Conrado Faron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caaguazu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Cosula-BTF- the free kick. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Faron didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Petre Bogătan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cosula-BTF-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caaguazu the free kick. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Petre Bogătan got his second yellow card of the match in the 13th minute. The referee ordered Petre Bogătan off the ground. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Bocaran in the 15th minute of play. If Conrado Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Caaguazu's Kismi Sierralta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilie Brumaru. Ilie Brumaru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 32nd minute, Alin Bucur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilie Brumaru made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Arlo Albiz sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kismi Sierralta in the 44th minute of play forced FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ilie Brumaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kismi Sierralta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Arlo Albiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilie Brumaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arlo Albiz ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Caaguazu booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Bucur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kismi Sierralta took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilie Brumaru. Ilie Brumaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Kismi Sierralta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ilie Brumaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, FC Cosula-BTF- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Lăzărescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Conrado Faron made a precise shot to the right of Ilie Brumaru. FC Cosula-BTF-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 91st minute Kismi Sierralta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Brumaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Sever Mărăscu hit a great ball. Mauro Bocaran kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Caaguazu players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
