In the 12th minute Diguinho Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fernando Zonta, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Diguinho Velasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Fernando Gartxot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Márcio Garcia put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Gartxot. In the 21st minute, Márcio Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Gartxot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The supporters of Shark FC - FSCMZ booed when Pink Floyd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Rivas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Shark FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Sharkin. Fernando Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorginho Salles scored 0-5 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Gartxot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Márcio Garcia made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Gartxot. Pink Floyd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Fernando Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Garcia in the 39th minute of play. Luiz Fernando Zonta took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Gartxot. Fernando Gartxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Fernando Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cirilo Tebaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Fernando Gartxot managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Shark FC - FSCMZ's Dedé Pimenta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 58th minute of the match, Jorginho Salles tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernando Gartxot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dedé Pimenta took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Gartxot. Fernando Gartxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Fernando Gartxot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dedé Pimenta in the 70th minute. Pink Floyd's Fernando Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diguinho Velasco in the 75th minute of play. Fernando Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Pink Floyd's Fernando Gartxot got control of the ball when Márcio Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Shark FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jorginho Salles hit a great ball. When Cristobal Lizer fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pink Floyd's protests and gave Cristobal Lizer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pink Floyd getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Cristobal Lizer hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Shark FC - FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pink Floyd.
