In the 20th match minute, Bada Bing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lolo Bacete to maneuver through the defense. Olly Nethercot in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esdras Garay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esdras Garay got free with Matthieu Abelard in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Tristram Ellerton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cleto Lastras. Bada Bing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tristram Ellerton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 69th minute Esdras Garay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthieu Abelard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Lastras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristram Ellerton in the 72nd minute of play. Esdras Garay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthieu Abelard having to interfere. Bada Bing Club's Andrea Soprano was substituted for Rufio Aranzubia. After 78 played minutes Club Atlético de Newell got a freekick which was hit by Tristram Ellerton. After having played for 84 minutes, Tristram Ellerton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético de Newell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tristram Ellerton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute Esdras Garay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthieu Abelard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthieu Abelard didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Atlético de Newell had won after a very even match.
