In the 46thth minute of the game Radoslaw Pilarski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SSV Ulm 1846's Erich Pitten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radoslaw Pilarski in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erich Pitten saved SSV Ulm 1846 from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manfred Steiner was the one to do the kick off. Miro Klose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Roman Bakes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A State Of Trance's Radoslaw Pilarski got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radoslaw Pilarski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erich Pitten having to interfere. Radoslaw Pilarski might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erich Pitten. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radoslaw Pilarski ran back to his position shaking his head. Erich Pitten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Pilarski in the 84th minute of the match. Manfred Steiner took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Bakes. Roman Bakes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The A State Of Trance supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SSV Ulm 1846's performance. The match ended with a win for SSV Ulm 1846.
