Délio Gerber succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. After a rather tough play, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Wilfredo Igon got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emerson Proença during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emerson Proença kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Raphael Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Bertin in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Blumenau Esporte Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Baldomiro Guerrero was slow to take the kick. During this time Bendito Sea El Fernet's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Bendito Sea El Fernet's Baldomiro Guerrero to fire away a dangerous shot which Raphael Furlan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Raphael Furlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Uzuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Mario Tipi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raphael Furlan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raphael Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Bertin, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Bertin came free, but Raphael Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Jeronimo Bertin made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilfredo Igon during the 51st minute. In the 57th match minute, Blumenau Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. Jeronimo Bertin might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raphael Furlan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeronimo Bertin ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 59 minutes, Abel Uzuri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bendito Sea El Fernet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Uzuri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Mario Tipi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Blumenau Esporte Clube's Raphael Furlan. Raphael Furlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 64 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Uzuri came free, but Raphael Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jeronimo Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Raphael Furlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Blumenau Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. 70 minutes into the game, Clemente Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bendito Sea El Fernet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blumenau Esporte Clube the free kick. In the 70th minute, Clemente Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Tipi got free with Raphael Furlan in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Federico Normando came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Blumenau Esporte Clube's Délio Gerber. But to his dismay, Délio Gerber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Wilfredo Igon took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Raphael Furlan to make any attempt to save it. Jeronimo Bertin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Raphael Furlan made a huge save. 91 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's goal looked a bit too open when Flávio Meireles came free, but Federico Normando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Raphael Furlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Uzuri in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to Blumenau Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Durvalino Leite hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bendito Sea El Fernet walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
