An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauri Icardi in the 3rd minute of play forced Sonstorps Fotboll's goalkeeper Carl Utfal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mauri Icardi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Utfal was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Türkeş Teber made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Rune Tönnberg sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the game, Taavet Rannik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sonstorps Fotboll's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CAN ERZURUM the free kick. After 15 played minutes Sonstorps Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Taavet Rannik. Türkeş Teber made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Jørg Heichendorff sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Taavet Rannik came free, but Türkeş Teber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Sonstorps Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Mark Dahlberg. A collision led to CAN ERZURUM getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ümit Zeren hit a great ball. With a little luck, CAN ERZURUM's Türkeş Teber got control of the ball when Rune Tönnberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauri Icardi in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Utfal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Türkeş Teber was a little too slow when Jørg Heichendorff got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 1-0. Rune Tönnberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Türkeş Teber made a huge save. 44 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Sonstorps Fotboll's Rune Tönnberg fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head.

CAN ERZURUM made a substitution. Yalçın Özgenc replaced Aytekin Tardu. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rune Tönnberg to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Tönnberg came free, but Türkeş Teber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CAN ERZURUM's Türkeş Teber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jørg Heichendorff in the 56th minute of play. Abdulkerim Bardakçı hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With 60 minutes on the clock, Ahmet Ceyhan Akartuna commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to CAN ERZURUM getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ahmet Ceyhan Akartuna hit a great ball. Ahmet İlke Akbayrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Carl Utfal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CAN ERZURUM's Arın Ferhat Kocaker was substituted for Ümit Zeren. Türkeş Teber came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Sonstorps Fotboll's Rune Tönnberg. But to his dismay, Rune Tönnberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Arın Ferhat Kocaker's late challenge caught a Sonstorps Fotboll's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arın Ferhat Kocaker helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Arın Ferhat Kocaker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Türkeş Teber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taavet Rannik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taavet Rannik in the 82nd minute of play forced CAN ERZURUM's goalkeeper Türkeş Teber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Mauri Icardi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Türkeş Teber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taavet Rannik in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Rune Tönnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Türkeş Teber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bilgin Yenisey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Utfal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 minutes Sonstorps Fotboll's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Seyhun Orus who took care of the corner kick. The corner led CAN ERZURUM's Bilgin Yenisey to fire away a dangerous shot which Carl Utfal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 96th minute, Bilgin Yenisey made a precise shot to the right of Carl Utfal. Sonstorps Fotboll's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1.
