In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Öllsjö FC's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Högström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jörgen Dalkvist took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Presebal. Tomás Presebal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. With a little luck, Öllsjö FC's Karl-Magnus Högström got control of the ball when Filiberto Birjaio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Öllsjö FC defense, Ulises Galo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Magnus Högström. The Öllsjö FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Magnus Högström should have stopped the shot. Antonio Ihazintu's late challenge caught a Öllsjö FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Ihazintu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Öllsjö FC booed when Correla q va en Chancleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

53 minutes into the game, Ulises Galo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Karl-Magnus Högström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Correla q va en Chancleta's Godfredo Azevedo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Godfredo Azevedo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Correla q va en Chancleta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Godfredo Azevedo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Correla q va en Chancleta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Öllsjö FC:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in Öllsjö FC's zone, Filiberto Birjaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Magnus Högström came out of the goal and Filiberto Birjaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 played minutes Öllsjö FC got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Erik Rydberg. Correla q va en Chancleta's Tomás Presebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Lindholm in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Birjaio in the 88th minute of play forced Öllsjö FC's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Högström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, Öllsjö FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Fernkvist to maneuver through the defense.
