With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Degas in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlinhos Pinho saved MelissaMel from getting behind. The Skates's Jens-Ola Lund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save The Skates from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute, Edgar Degas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to The Skates getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Thomas Olofsson hit a great ball. Alex Ödmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Pinho having to interfere. After a rather tough play, MelissaMel's Clemente Montenegro got a free kick in the 26th minute. Thomas Olofsson kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Christian Hedling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens-Ola Lund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Valery in the 35th minute of play. In the 47th minute Edgar Degas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlinhos Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
