Rogério Ramalho's late challenge caught a Zurdo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogério Ramalho helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Encanto's zone, Cornelio Ongile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui de Mendonça came out of the goal and Cornelio Ongile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rui de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Ubelteso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 秦鸿云 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. La Cimas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rui de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Ubelteso in the 16th minute of the match. In the 34th minute Cornelio Ongile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 李建弘 hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When Neno Lovrinčević fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encanto's protests and gave Neno Lovrinčević a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Neno Lovrinčević hit a great ball. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Encanto's goalkeeper Rui de Mendonça, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute Cornelio Ongile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cornelio Ongile to make the kick off. La Cimas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson do Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. La Cimas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 54 minutes into the game, Carlos Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Encanto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zurdo FC the free kick. After 54 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Costa. After a defensive mix-up in Encanto's zone, Tiburcio Ubelteso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After 62 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Mesquita. After having played for 64 minutes, Eckhardt Brøbech managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encanto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eckhardt Brøbech was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, 秦鸿云 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zurdo FC made a substitution. Edmundo Dos Santos replaced Tiburcio Ubelteso. In the 67th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 秦鸿云 to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Cornelio Ongile managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zurdo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Ongile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui de Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. La Cimas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 秦鸿云's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 秦鸿云 in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg La Cimas saved Zurdo FC from getting behind. Zurdo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denílson do Nascimento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The supporters of Encanto booed when Zurdo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Frans didn't get a good kick on the ball.
