Encanto's 秦鸿云 got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 秦鸿云 in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlinhos Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the game, Valério de Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MelissaMel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Encanto the free kick. In the 9th match minute, MelissaMel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valério de Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 10 minutes, 秦鸿云 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encanto's supporters crossed their fingers, but 秦鸿云 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlinhos Pinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by 秦鸿云 in the 12th minute. 秦鸿云 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Carlinhos Pinho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 18 played minutes MelissaMel got a freekick which was hit by Guto Silveira. 19 minutes into the game, 秦鸿云 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Carlinhos Pinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Ruy Lara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rui de Mendonça was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruy Lara was the one to do the kick off. Rui de Mendonça made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ruy Lara sent off a good shot on target. Raí Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. The supporters of MelissaMel booed when Encanto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Washington Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute 秦鸿云 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlinhos Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruy Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Rui de Mendonça made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Encanto's Rogério Ramalho got a free kick in the 70th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Valery got free with Rui de Mendonça in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eckhardt Brøbech received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Carlinhos Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ruy Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot. MelissaMel's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruy Lara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui de Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by 秦鸿云 in the 79th minute of play forced MelissaMel's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Washington Borges hit a great ball. Raí Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Encanto were victorious despite being under pressure from MelissaMel for much of the match.
