Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Norberto Medardo got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Black Rose 1979 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Llope to maneuver through the defense. Hermengildo Paulin kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Enzo-Nicolás Pérez scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nemesio Leheren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Medardo in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Leheren saved CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Medardo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nemesio Leheren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the game, Black Rose 1979's Norberto Medardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nemesio Leheren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 20th match minute, Black Rose 1979 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Florin to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Norberto Medardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Leheren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemesio Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Llope in the 24th minute of play. Nemesio Leheren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davor Šuker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Black Rose 1979 were awarded a corner. Alonzo Oxel went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alonzo Oxel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nemesio Leheren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 40 minutes into the match, CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Medardo came free, but Nemesio Leheren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nemesio Leheren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davor Šuker went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. When Davor Šuker came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Black Rose 1979 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davor Šuker couldn't finish the play. After the first half Black Rose 1979 were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel-Omar Bati was the one to do the kick off. CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's Nemesio Leheren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Medardo in the 52nd minute of play. Davor Šuker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Nemesio Leheren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davor Šuker in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Leheren saved CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 from getting behind. Silvio Llope blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nemesio Leheren having to make a save. In the 66th minute of the match, Enzo-Nicolás Pérez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nemesio Leheren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Enzo-Nicolás Pérez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Leheren having to interfere. Nemesio Leheren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo-Nicolás Pérez in the 71st minute. Davor Šuker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nemesio Leheren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Medardo in the 74th minute of the match. Nemesio Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo-Nicolás Pérez in the 79th minute of play. Nemesio Leheren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davor Šuker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cláudio García fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's protests and gave Cláudio García a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio García. Nemesio Leheren came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Norberto Medardo. But to his dismay, Norberto Medardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Nemesio Leheren made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Silvio Llope sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvio Llope got free with Nemesio Leheren in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Victorio Hechter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Black Rose 1979 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
