Spectators: 7655 (Terracing: 5743, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 152) Bebeto Romário started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th match minute, Vingadores F.C U23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoltán Kocsis to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Juliane Álvarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christovao Haces was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juliane Álvarez in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christovao Haces prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 13 played minutes Bebeto Romário rounded Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After 16 played minutes Vingadores F.C U23 got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Paulista. Juliusz Kaczeniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Luzano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bebeto Romário had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Larrangos. Christovao Haces showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebeto Romário, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute Santiago Luzano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Kaczeniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Bebeto Romário left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vingadores F.C U23 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Christovao Haces made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Juliane Álvarez sent off a good shot on target. Christovao Haces stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bebeto Romário's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After some careless play in the Vingadores F.C U23 defense, Santiago Luzano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juliusz Kaczeniak. The Vingadores F.C U23 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juliusz Kaczeniak should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Christovao Haces had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juliane Álvarez. Juliane Álvarez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christovao Haces read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute Vingadores F.C U23 were awarded a corner. Luiz Fábio Dantas went to the cornerflag to take it. Vingadores F.C U23's Luiz Fábio Dantas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Christovao Haces in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Christovao Haces was a little too slow when Bebeto Branco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santiago Luzano was the one to do the kick off. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Magdaleno Limon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leandro Paulista in the 53 minute of the game. 54 minutes into the game, Magdaleno Limon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vingadores F.C U23 the free kick. The supporters of Vingadores F.C U23 booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magdaleno Limon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bebeto Romário took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christovao Haces. Christovao Haces dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After 59 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Manex Pajazo. Christovao Haces showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliane Álvarez in the 61st minute of the match. Christovao Haces took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bebeto Romário, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Leandro Tubia hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Bebeto Romário came free, but Christovao Haces reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christovao Haces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliane Álvarez in the 72nd minute of play. Christovao Haces came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vingadores F.C U23's Juliane Álvarez. But to his dismay, Juliane Álvarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Vingadores F.C U23 made a substitution. Pavel Nedvěd replaced Zoltán Kocsis. In the 79th minute Elói Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christovao Haces saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Juliane Álvarez came free, but Christovao Haces reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vingadores F.C U23's Leandro Paulista got a free kick in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bebeto Branco in the 87th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Christovao Haces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Christovao Haces played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliane Álvarez in the 88th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Magdaleno Limon in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vingadores F.C U23's Leandro Paulista. After 90 minutes of play, Vingadores F.C U23's Juliane Álvarez made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christovao Haces was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christovao Haces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elói Donato in the 94th minute of play. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Christovao Haces played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juliane Álvarez in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vingadores F.C U23 had played much better football throughout.
