Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aero Björndalen the free kick. Gottfrid Adelsköld's late challenge caught a Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gottfrid Adelsköld helped the player get up and apologised. Gottfrid Adelsköld kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When Fidensio Cimas fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's protests and gave Fidensio Cimas a yellow card for diving instead. Bruno Donato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 minutes of play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Santiago Luzano made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Aero Björndalen defense, Santiago Luzano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Donato. The Aero Björndalen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Donato should have stopped the shot. When Santiago Luzano came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Luzano couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Aero Björndalen's zone, Santiago Luzano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Donato came out of the goal and Santiago Luzano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute Santiago Luzano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. César Negro hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Santiago Luzano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Luzano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Donato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christovao Haces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Roger in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Santiago Luzano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Donato. Aero Björndalen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Luzano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. If Santiago Luzano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Aero Björndalen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brian Jakobsson to strike the kick off in the second half. When Fidensio Cimas was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 51 minutes had been played. After 52 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Fidensio Cimas. Christovao Haces showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Jakobsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ron Pina got free with Bruno Donato in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Santiago Luzano made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Donato. Aero Björndalen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The supporters of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo booed when Aero Björndalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gottfrid Adelsköld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aero Björndalen's Bruno Donato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Aero Björndalen from getting a goal against them. Bruno Donato made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Santiago Luzano sent off a good shot on target. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Magdaleno Limon got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Magdaleno Limon off the ground. Soc. Rodo got a corner. Aero Björndalen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manex Pajazo ran over to the corner to take the kick.
