After 4 minutes, Benedito Trevisan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinheiros Capibaras FC and the Dinamita on Grass players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tang Quan Yan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Dinamita on Grass's Denis Revuelta got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jhonny Rabelo in the 16th minute of play forced Dinamita on Grass's goalkeeper Raúl Laredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th match minute, Pinheiros Capibaras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedito Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. When Dinamita on Grass's Romualdo Ucero in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tang Quan Yan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tang Quan Yan came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamita on Grass's Feliu Darroja. But to his dismay, Feliu Darroja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Pinheiros Capibaras FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Jhonny Rabelo hit a great ball. In the 39thth minute of the game Romualdo Ucero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Tang Quan Yan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

50 minutes into the game, Sidney Damião was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamita on Grass the free kick. 51 minutes into the match, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper Tang Quan Yan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romualdo Ucero. Raúl Laredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jhonny Rabelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Romualdo Ucero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the game, Romualdo Ucero lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Tang Quan Yan. Raúl Laredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jhonny Rabelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Romualdo Ucero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Tang Quan Yan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alain Etxeberria kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Feliu Darrojas short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Tang Quan Yan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Pinheiros Capibaras FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Lenílson Velasco hit a great ball. Clemente Herrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Lesardo Japón shot a free kick towards goal which, to his disappointment, went just outside the left post. Raúl Laredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jhonny Rabelo in the 90th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Pinheiros Capibaras FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
