Fernan Cortez came out of the goal and Kurt Majman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Fernan Cortez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Jan Larsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernan Cortez. Olds School Pepo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Larsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 19th minute, FF Små Gröna Män's Jan Larsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernan Cortez. Fernan Cortez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Jan Larsson charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Larsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 29 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Ahlbom came free, but Fernan Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Kurt Majman notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Olds School Pepo's Fernan Cortez. Fernan Cortez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 43 minutes of play, FF Små Gröna Män's Kurt Majman made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernan Cortez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emanuel Tancredo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan Larsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fernan Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute FF Små Gröna Män were awarded a corner. Stig Käller went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Stig Käller got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fernan Cortez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Kurt Majman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jan Larsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernan Cortez was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 60th minute, Emanuel Tancredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Olds School Pepo got a freekick which was hit by Celso Bras. 63 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Larsson came free, but Fernan Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, FF Små Gröna Män's Kurt Majman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernan Cortez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 74 minutes into the match, Jan Larsson notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Olds School Pepo's Fernan Cortez. Fernan Cortez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Larsson in the 78th minute of play forced Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Fernan Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jan Larsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernan Cortez was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Ian Ahlbom's late challenge caught a Olds School Pepo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Ahlbom helped the player get up and apologised. Ian Ahlbom hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. When FF Små Gröna Män's Kurt Majman in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olds School Pepo's goalie prevented a goal. 94 minutes into the match, FF Små Gröna Män's Ian Ahlbom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernan Cortez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that FF Små Gröna Män were the better team. FF Små Gröna Män's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
