In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper Romeu Donato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58thth minute of the game Hélder Pimentel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Família Ressaca MZ's Romeu Donato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Família Ressaca MZ's Romeu Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Pimentel in the 62nd minute of play. Paulino Lico charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulino Lico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes Sporting Tuga FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Lico. In the 70th minute Paulino Lico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeu Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Fábio Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Humberto Espírito Santo made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Paulino Lico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Tuga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Lico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeu Donato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sporting Tuga FC's Benedito Cerqueira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
