Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iwo Dziedziak kicked off to start the match. Wit Polkoski kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Modlau's Lukasz Traczewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Modlau from getting a goal against them. Egil Brask hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Iwo Dziedziak kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zlatin Ibrahimović in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evert Norberg saved Worst Team Ever from getting behind. Evert Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima in the 19th minute of play. Evert Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatin Ibrahimović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Dziedziak came free, but Evert Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zlatin Ibrahimović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evert Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima in the 27th minute of the match. 27 minutes in the game, Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Egil Brask received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lukasz Traczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatin Ibrahimović in the 38th minute of play forced Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper Evert Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Worst Team Ever's Evert Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Dziedziak in the 40th minute of play. After 42 played minutes Worst Team Ever got a freekick which was hit by Egil Brask. Evert Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Dziedziak, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Isaias Eguerdi made the kick off in the second half. Evert Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zlatin Ibrahimović in the 55th minute. With a little luck, Worst Team Ever's Evert Norberg got control of the ball when Zlatin Ibrahimović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walery Rekawiczka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wit Polkoski hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute Stor Klack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukasz Traczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Modlau getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tymoteusz Gdaniec hit a great ball. A collision led to Worst Team Ever getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Alf Hamberg hit a great ball. In the 76th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Arne Sjöö to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Modlau's Czeslaw Miecznikowski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 84th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Viklund to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Alf Hamberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Worst Team Ever fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 95th minute of the match, Walery Rekawiczka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Evert Norberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Worst Team Ever were victorious despite being under pressure from Modlau for much of the match.
