Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Isaias Eguerdi got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, CLC Winter's Franco Bosso got control of the ball when Stor Klack tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ennio Musso kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Worst Team Ever's Alf Hamberg got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute Stor Klack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Bosso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franco Bosso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stor Klack in the 19th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Isaias Eguerdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CLC Winter's Franco Bosso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Isaias Eguerdi, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 21 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Franco Bosso was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Franco Bosso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Eguerdi in the 25th minute of the match. Stor Klack could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Franco Bosso made a huge save. Stor Klack who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Franco Bosso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 31 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Eguerdi came free, but Franco Bosso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Worst Team Ever's Alf Hamberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Franco Bosso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Franco Bosso made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Stor Klack sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Stor Klack made a precise shot to the right of Franco Bosso. CLC Winter's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Worst Team Ever's Evert Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Vieri in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, CLC Winter's Antonio Vieri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evert Norberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Balboni in the 45th minute of play forced Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper Evert Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Eguerdi came free, but Franco Bosso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Vieri was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Worst Team Ever booed when CLC Winter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ennio Musso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58thth minute of the game Isaias Eguerdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CLC Winter's Franco Bosso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Eguerdi in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franco Bosso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Bengt-Arne Sjöö got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes CLC Winter got a freekick which was hit by Damiano Di Placido. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stor Klack in the 70th minute of play forced CLC Winter's goalkeeper Franco Bosso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franco Bosso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stor Klack, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Felix Hedlund got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Armando Melis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, CLC Winter's Angelo Pacella got a free kick in the 85th minute. Franco Bosso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Eguerdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of CLC Winter booed when Worst Team Ever was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egil Brask didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
