In the 2nd minute Iwo Dziedziak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evandro de Castro got free with Lukasz Traczewski in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edinho da Rocha came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Modlau's Iwo Dziedziak. But to his dismay, Iwo Dziedziak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Edinho da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Dziedziak in the 12th minute of play. Edinho da Rocha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zlatin Ibrahimović went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute, Carrossel Caipira's Zé Pedro Pinheiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 24 minutes into the game, Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Modlau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrossel Caipira the free kick. In the 24th minute, Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lukasz Traczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Pedro Pinheiro in the 30th minute of play. Lukasz Traczewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Carrossel Caipira's Edinho da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Dziedziak in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatin Ibrahimović in the 34th minute of play forced Carrossel Caipira's goalkeeper Edinho da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Zlatin Ibrahimović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edinho da Rocha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The audience was convinced that Zé Pedro Pinheiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lukasz Traczewski was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima in the 41st minute of play forced Carrossel Caipira's goalkeeper Edinho da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Modlau's Tymoteusz Gdaniec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edinho da Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. 47 minutes into the match, Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Carrossel Caipira's Edinho da Rocha. Edinho da Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wesley Mangueira to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Tymoteusz Gdaniec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Modlau's Edinho da Rocha threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tymoteusz Gdaniec, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After taking down the ball on Modlau's corner Czeslaw Miecznikowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edinho da Rocha quite easily take care of the ball. Lukasz Traczewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Carrossel Caipira's goal looked a bit too open when Wit Polkoski came free, but Edinho da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Wesley Mangueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lukasz Traczewski. Modlau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wesley Mangueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Zé Pedro Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kelaino Mbappè got free with Edinho da Rocha in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Czeslaw Miecznikowski hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the match, Carrossel Caipira's Frank Meireles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lukasz Traczewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Modlau got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Miecznikowski. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Zé Pedro Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrossel Caipira's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Pedro Pinheiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukasz Traczewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Wesley Mangueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 97 minutes, Luizão Schmidt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrossel Caipira and the Modlau players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Modlau booed when Carrossel Caipira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luizão Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 99 in the game by Zlatin Ibrahimović from a close distance when the talented Edinho da Rocha managed to make a qualified save. Carrossel Caipira's players were relieved. The Carrossel Caipira supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Modlau's performance. The match ended with a win for Modlau.
